Job summary

Wellcamp Business Park is seeking a skilled Handyperson/Tradesperson to join our Infrastructure Maintenance team. You will perform general building and services maintenance across residential and commercial sites in Wellcamp, Toowoomba Region.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with a competitive hourly rate and strong work–life balance. You will work on diverse projects with a supportive team and access to employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of carpentry or handyperson experience.
• Qualified tradesperson (or strong proven handyperson experience).
• Valid Car (C class) driver's licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance works (framing, doors, windows, fencing, street signs etc.).
• Install and assemble fixtures, fittings and equipment.
• Respond to routine and urgent maintenance requests.
• Conduct inspections and report hazards.
• Keep work areas safe, clean and compliant.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyperson / Tradesperson to join our Infrastructure Maintenance team at Wellcamp Business Park. You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of general building and services maintenance tasks across residential and commercial sites.

Located in Wellcamp (Toowoomba Region), this full-time role offers stability, variety and a great work-life balance. You'll work Monday – Friday, earn a competitive flat hourly rate and be home every night.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

About You:

Qualified tradesperson (or strong proven handyperson experience)
