Job summary

Complete Property Maintenance in Buderim, QLD is seeking an experienced tradesperson for residential maintenance on the Sunshine Coast. You’ll work autonomously on job sites, dealing directly with customers to ensure high-quality results the first time.

You’ll bring proven maintenance experience, your own tools and a reliable vehicle, plus a current driver’s licence. The role starts casual but moves to permanent, with Mon-Fri 7:30am–3:30pm and a $40–42/hour rate + super.

Responsibilities

• General residential maintenance and repairs.
• Door and window repairs — rollers, handles, locks.
• Plastering and patch repairs.

• Fencing and minor carpentry repairs.
• Small tiling, grouting and silicone in wet areas.
• Screening and insect mesh replacement.
• Work autonomously on jobs and communicate with customers.

Complete Property Maintenance – Buderim QLD

$40–42 per hour + super, based on experience, uniform and fuel card provided, and a paid day off on your birthday.

Complete Property Maintenance is one of the busiest carpentry and handyman businesses on the mid-Sunshine Coast. Work's booming and we're taking on another experienced tradesperson.

This isn't a labouring role. You'll be out on jobs on your own, dealing directly with customers, and trusted to get the work done properly the first time.

What you'll be doing

• General residential maintenance and repairs
• Door and window repairs — rollers, handles, locks
• Plastering and patch repairs
• Cabinetry and hinge adjustments
• Fencing and minor carpentry repairs
• Small tiling, grouting and silicone in wet areas
• Screening and insect mesh replacement
• Plenty more besides — no two days the same
