Job summary

Bremer Hired Hands in Ipswich is seeking a reliable, physically fit maintenance tradesperson for full-time on-site work across residential properties. You will perform plastering, painting, fencing, tiling and general repairs, representing the company to clients and delivering high-quality workmanship.

Ideally you have trade experience in property maintenance, a current driver’s license, Australian work rights, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Reliable, hands-on maintenance worker with solid workmanship.
• Physically fit for on-site tasks and lifting.
• Well presented when visiting clients' homes.
• Good communication with clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Perform plastering, painting, fencing, tiling and general repairs.
• Carry out garden maintenance as part of a multi-trade role.
• Represent the business on-site and communicate with clients.
• Utilise company vehicle and on-site tools to complete jobs.

Bremer Hired Hands is a fast-growing property maintenance company established in 2020. We specialise in preparing rental and sale properties for market across Ipswich and surrounding areas.

We have consistent, ongoing work and are expanding our team to keep up with demand.

About the Role

No two days are the same. You'll be working across a variety of residential properties completing maintenance and improvement jobs such as:

• Plastering and painting
• Fencing and retaining walls
• Handrails and stairs
• Tiling
• Pressure washing
• General property maintenance and repairs
• Garden maintenance

You’ll be trusted to represent our business on-site, communicate with clients and deliver high-quality workmanship.

What We're Looking For

• Reliable
• Physically fit and hands-on
• Well presented and respectful in clients' homes
• Good communicator
• Comfortable using a phone for job apps, photos, and basic software
• Experience in property maintenance or a related trade
• Current driver's licence (essential)
• Australian work rights required
