We are a local property maintenance company looking for an experienced, reliable and capable person to join our team. Our work is varied, so this isn't a position where you'll be doing the same thing every day. One day you might be repairing plaster and painting, the next completing carpentry work or knocking over a list of maintenance jobs.

Key responsibilities

• Plastering – repairs, patching and finishing
• Painting – preparation, repairs and general painting
• General carpentry – repairs, installations and smaller carpentry jobs
• General property maintenance – a broad range of repairs and maintenance work

• Has their own reliable vehicle – this is a must
• Has their own tools
• Can work independently and problem-solve on site
• Takes pride in leaving a job finished properly
• Is reliable, punctual and communicates well
• Can work efficiently without needing someone looking over their shoulder all day
• Is comfortable dealing professionally with clients and tenants
• Has a good attitude and works well as part of a team
