Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. Ramada Resort Golden Beach is seeking an experienced hands-on Handyman/Maintenance Officer to join the team. You will support the maintenance department across rooms and grounds, ensuring timely fault reporting and guest assistance.

This busy role requires a can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work unsupervised. A rotating roster including weekends and public holidays is required.

How You’ll Shine

As a friendly and experienced maintenanceall-rounder to join our team. The successful candidate will assist our maintenance department and will preferably have experience in plumbing, carpentry, painting, gardening, and general maintenance.

• Maintenance of rooms/grounds
• Inspection & reporting of faults
• Reporting all maintenance issues as required
• Assisting guests when required

This is a busy hands-on role that requires a motivated can-do person with great time management skills and a desire to make the property the best it can be!

What You’ll Bring

• Enjoy multi-tasking and working in a dynamic and busy environment
• Always conduct yourself in a professional manner that reflects the company in a positive manner
• Have a 'can-do' attitude, eye for detail and display enthusiasm at all times
• Previous experience within a hotel maintenance environment would be preferable.
• Ability to work unsupervised and an exceptional eye for detail are key requirements of this role.
• You will be required to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
