Job summary

CB Energy is seeking a Hands-On Workshop Manager in Queensland to lead maintenance on civil and electrical fleet, plant and small equipment. You will be on the tools while building out scheduling, ordering and coordination, growing into full maintenance leadership.

Role emphasizes autonomy, local work, and a practical, hands-on approach. You will manage a diverse fleet and report to the maintenance team, ensuring uptime and safety.

Qualifications

• Trade qualifications in diesel/heavy vehicle preferred.
• 3–5 years experience with earthmoving equipment.
• HR license beneficial if held.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on maintenance and repairs on fleet and small plant.
• Manage preventative maintenance schedules to minimise downtime.
• Coordinate external specialists and repairs.
• Lead from the shop floor and ensure safety standards.
