Job summary

Holloway Removals & Storage is seeking a hands-on, organised Warehouse Manager to own our Wolli Creek warehouse and lead the day-to-day operation. You’ll lead from the front, delegate, set clear priorities and keep the team accountable while also getting on the floor when needed.

You will supervise loading/unloading, inventory control and coordinate movements, ensuring safety and compliance. This role offers real ownership, a practical culture and a salary of $90,000-$110,000 + super.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the Wolli Creek warehouse ensuring safety, organisation and productivity.
• Supervise loading and unloading activities; manage storage and inventory control.
• Coordinate container and module movements; monitor inventory across sites.
• Ensure equipment is fit for purpose and maintained; foster safe work practices.
• Direct, motivate and support warehouse staff; allocate daily tasks and priorities.
• Lead toolbox meetings; ensure adherence to WHS procedures and company processes.
