Job summary

Holloway Removals & Storage is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to own the Wolli Creek site and lead daily operations. You will delegate, prioritise and keep the team accountable while on the floor when needed.

The role requires practical problem-solving, safety focus and the ability to drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone who can lead from the front, manage priorities and foster a productive, accountable culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse, logistics operation or similar environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong practical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and administrative capability.
• Proactive approach with ability to work independently.
• Ability to prioritise and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of WHS and workplace safety.
• Current Forklift Licence – required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Wolli Creek warehouse to keep it safe, organised and productive.
• Supervise loading/unloading activities and manage inventory control.
• Coordinate container and module movements and ensure efficient job preparation.
• Monitor productivity and standards; conduct toolbox meetings.
• Ensure WHS compliance and maintain safety records.
• Provide clear direction and address issues as they arise; manage daily staff lists.
