You will directly diagnose, contain, and drive root‑cause fixes in a large C++/C# codebase while moving toward Python and Kubernetes. The role is hybrid (2 days in‑office) in Brisbane with multi‑year, systemic hardening responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Lead technical response to defects in a live, decades‑old C++/C# codebase.
• Run RCAs and FMEAs to identify weak points and share methodology with the team.
• Improve client support with tooling, processes, and real‑time data instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical response on customer‑blocking defects in a live, decades‑old C++/C# system.
• Conduct RCAs and FMEAs to identify weaknesses before they impact customers.
• Build proactive client support tools and data instrumentation.
• Integrate AI into support workflows with high leverage.
• Make technical decisions under pressure across a broad stack, from C++/C# to Python/Kubernetes.
