This senior IC role partners with the Engineering Manager, drives quality, and uses AI to accelerate delivery while ensuring business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building production systems.
• Experience with distributed architectures and event-driven designs.
• Practical knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Be hands-on technical owner across full stack.
• Own architecture and system design with pragmatic trade-offs.
• Set engineering quality bar for CI/CD, testing, observability, security and readiness.
• Shape acceptance criteria and verification practices before release.
• Ensure features are live and impacting customer metrics as intended.
• Lead incident response and drive improvements.
