MARS PARTNERSHIP PTY. LTD., located in Broadmeadows VIC, is seeking a hands-on Structural Engineer to join our established Australian team.

You will work across structural design, product development, technical problem-solving and customer projects, staying close to engineering tasks such as design, analysis, testing and practical problem-solving. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product Development and Supply Chain to turn customer requirements into safe, compliant and commercially

Qualifications

A degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
Around 3–5+ years' experience in structural engineering, design, construction, manufacturing or related environment.
Strong understanding of structural design principles and relevant Australian Standards.

Responsibilities

Undertake structural assessments, calculations and engineering design work.
Provide technical advice on products and customer applications.
Review and prepare engineering drawings, calculations and technical documentation.
Support product development, testing and validation.
Conduct structural load assessments, modelling and analysis.
Identify practical design improvements and opportunities to reduce cost or simplify installation.
