Job summary

The Reject Shop is hiring a Bench Store Manager to run Ringwood and Croydon stores. You’ll be on the floor with a team of 10–15, overseeing stock, service and standards with hands-on leadership.

No Sunday hours and every second Saturday off, plus three consecutive days off every second weekend—an unusual but valued roster for a retail leader.

From $31.11 base hourly rate (depending on experience) plus penalties, overtime, a bonus and 17.5% leave loading, with a clear path as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management is preferred.
• Strong on-floor leadership and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Run a stand-alone store on the floor with a team of 10–15.
• Lead by example with stock, service and standards on the floor.
• No desk work; hands-on management.
