The Reject Shop in Victoria is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to run a busy retail outlet on the floor with a team of 10 to 15 staff. You will lead by example, manage stock, service, standards and daily operations, with no desk work and plenty of floor presence.

You’ll enjoy a generous weekend schedule with Sundays off and competitive hourly base rates starting from 31.11 AUD, plus penalty rates, overtime, bonus and 17.5% leave loading as the business grows.
