Job summary

The Reject Shop is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to run a busy Victoria store. You will manage on‑floor operations, stock, service and standards with a team of 10–15, leading by doing and being on the shop floor rather than in an office.

You’ll have retail leadership experience, be comfortable driving performance, and you will benefit from a clear path forward as the business grows. Base hourly rate starts from $31.11 with penalties, overtime, bonus and leave loading.

Qualifications

• Must have managed a retail store or similar
• Able to lead a team of 10–15
• Willing to be hands-on on the floor, not desk-based
• No discount variety experience required; training provided
