Job summary

Harris Scarfe in VIC regional is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the team, deliver on service and sales, and foster a welcoming store environment.

You will support the Store Manager, coach and train staff, oversee stock, merchandising and compliance, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture. Availability includes weekends and full working rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership or supervisor roles within retail or hospitality.
• People-first mindset with strong coaching and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and a calm, solutions-focused approach.
• Confidence in visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Organised and efficient with strong admin and IT skills.
• Full availability including weekends and full working rights in Australia.
