Job summary

Harris Scarfe in Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the team, deliver on sales, service, and store culture, and create a warm, welcoming environment.

You’ll support the Store Manager, drive high standards in service, safety, and presentation, coach your team, manage stock and merchandising, and foster an inclusive, customer‑focused store.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in leadership or supervisor roles with retail or hospitality.
• People-first mindset with strong coaching and team-building skills
• Great communication and a calm, solutions-focused approach
• Confidence in visual merchandising and store presentation
• Organised and efficient, with strong admin and IT skills
• Full availability including weekends, and full working rights in Australia
