Responsibilities

• Assist in manufacture, packaging and dispatch of coating products.
• Coordinate and support daily production activities for efficiency and quality.
• Lead by example and mentor team members.
• Monitor product quality and ensure procedures are followed.
• Assist with inventory management and warehouse organisation.
• Operate forklifts and production equipment (where licensed).
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
• Undertake manual handling tasks up to 30 kg.
