Circle Recruitment & HR is partnering with a global engineering and infrastructure leader to recruit an HR Manager to support three Australian business units and about 400 employees. The role focuses on compliance, records management, recruitment support and coordinating salary and performance reviews while aligning HR practices with the Global HR team.

You will operate hands-on with managers and leaders, shaping HR processes, guiding employment contracts and policies, and driving best practice

Formación

• At least five years of progressive HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and employee relations.
• Experience with employment contracts, policies, performance management and HR operations.
• Ability to partner with leaders and support multiple business units.
• Experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, infrastructure or industrial settings is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Provide practical HR guidance to managers and employees across business units.
• Ensure compliance with Australian employment law, Modern Awards and enterprise agreements.
• Review and maintain employment contracts, HR policies and documentation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding and day-to-day employee relations.
• Coordinate salary reviews and global performance review processes across Australia.
• Maintain HRIS records and HR reporting.
• Collaborate with local leaders and Global HR to standardize HR practices.
