Metroll Lismore is seeking a hands-on Factory Manager to lead our factory operations, support our people and keep production running safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You’ll be the vital link between the office, factory and transport teams, ensuring everyone works together to deliver quality products and meet customer expectations.

We’re looking for a practical leader who takes ownership, builds team morale and turns daily challenges into better results.

Formación

• Experience in factory management, production supervision or manufacturing leadership.
• Strong people leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• A practical approach to improving production standards and performance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day factory operations and production schedules.
• Lead from the floor, setting clear expectations and driving high standards.
• Build team morale, accountability and a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinate with office and transport teams to keep orders moving.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards and delivery deadlines are met.
• Monitor inventory, stock usage, waste and rework, minimising losses.
• Identify production issues and implement practical solutions.
• Improve workflow, productivity and the use of labour and materials.
• Maintain strong workplace health and safety standards.
• Ensure equipment, work areas and processes are maintained to a high standard.
• Communicate production priorities, delays and issues across the business.
• Track performance and drive continuous improvement across factory operations.
