Pickering Luxury Garage on the Gold Coast seeks a hands-on Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial performance of a multi-franchise automotive group. You will partner with Dealer Principals and General Managers to drive profitability and strategic finance across the network.

This on-site executive role offers a competitive package including a base salary of AUD 160,000–180,000 plus Commission and a Company Vehicle.

Formación

• Hands-on, commercially minded CFO with automotive dealership experience.
• Experience with AI and automation in finance and reporting.
• Ability to translate financial data into practical actions.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee group financial reporting, management accounts and balance sheets.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and treasury.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Oversee floorplan, stock management and profitability analysis across New/Used Cars, Service, Parts and F&I.
• Identify opportunities to increase gross profit and reduce expenses.
• Develop and lead the finance and administration teams.
