seek.com.au is seeking a hands‑on Bookkeeper to own the routine finance cycle across a multi‑entity group on site near the Gold Coast. You will keep ledgers clean, run weekly payroll and ensure transactions post to the correct entity, project and cost code.

The role offers independence and an opportunity to shape ERP while supporting month‑end reporting. You should have extensive reconciliations, payroll experience, and strong Excel and ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on bookkeeping experience across the full finance cycle.
• Experience with payroll including payroll tax and superannuation reconciliations.
• Ability to allocate costs by project and manage multiple entities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ledgers across multiple entities and ensure accurate cost allocations.
• Run weekly payroll and manage timesheets and changes.
• Prepare payment runs and supplier reconciliations for approval.
• Perform month-end reconciliations, journals and intercompany reconciliation.
• Assist with ERP testing and user acceptance during implementation.
