Job summary

Alimentiv is seeking an ERP System Administrator to own Acumatica across Finance, Procurement, Logistics and Project accounting. This hands‑on role requires configuring, operating, and improving Acumatica, while supporting procurement workflows and keeping the SAP Concur–Acumatica integration healthy.

The role focuses on upgrades, governance, and continuous improvement, using Celigo middleware and native Acumatica capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands‑on Acumatica administration experience across Finance and adjacent modules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Acumatica administrator across the Alimentiv instance: configuration, user access, security, workflows, and module settings.
• Design and implement Finance solutions using native Acumatica functionality — reports, notifications, and approvals workflows.
• Support and optimize core Finance workflows: AP, AR, GL, project accounting, billing, reporting, and month‑end close.
• Partner with Finance to define requirements and deliver Acumatica enhancements to improve data quality.
• Troubleshoot issues; coordinate with the implementation partner while building internal capability.
• Maintain test environment discipline and ensure cross‑domain approvals for changes.
