SustainHealth Recruitment is working with a regional health service in Victoria to recruit an OT with hand therapy experience to join their team permanently.

We are seeking someone with 12+ months of hand therapy experience to help re-establish and shape a much-needed hand therapy service, with supervision and support available from experienced senior clinicians. The role offers relocation support and flexibility around caseload in a warm hospital community.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of hand therapy experience.
• Ability to develop and shape a hand therapy service with supervision.
• Experience working with a surgical team is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Post-operative and ongoing hand rehabilitation.
• Wound management, debridement and suture removal.
• Semi-acute and chronic presentations, including arthritis.
• Work closely with the surgical team.
• Some community OT work, with flexibility around caseload.
• Ongoing clinical support and supervision.
