You will coordinate preparation and shipment to local and international sponsors, ensuring compliance with study requirements and accurate specimen tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Experience with specimen handling and shipment procedures.
• Completion of IATA Dangerous Goods training.
• Completion of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment of haematology specimens per study instructions.
• Prepare shipping docs: airway bills, customs docs, manifests.
• Maintain tracking records for specimens departing the lab.
• Schedule daily courier bookings for shipments.
• Ensure timely dispatch of time‑sensitive specimens.
• Enter data into trial databases and registries.
