Job summary

Mercy Health Australia in Melbourne's Heidelberg campus is seeking a Part-time Registered Nurse to support the Outpatient general gynaecology clinics. This fixed-term role runs 32 hours per week, Tue to Fri, commencing ASAP through 7 February 2027, and offers a stable, patient-centered environment.

You will coordinate and triage referrals, manage clinic sessions, educate patients, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.

About the opportunity

Mercy Hospital for Women's Outpatient general gynaecology clinics operate Monday to Friday.

This role involves:

• Providing effective and efficient co-ordination and procedural support to the general gynaecology clinics.
• Managing clinic sessions to ensure adequate appointment availability and clinic utilisation.
• Triaging referrals and waitlist management.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans and self-care techniques.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
• Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
