Job summary

PCYC Queensland in Redcliffe is seeking a Gymnastics Program Leader to take charge of a dynamic coaching team, design engaging programs and drive participation and growth within the club. You will mentor coaches, lead program development, and contribute to the club's marketing and membership goals while maintaining safety and safeguarding standards.

This role requires Intermediate Coaching accreditation with Gymnastics Australia/Gymnastics Queensland, First Aid/ CPR, and a passion for developing

Qualifications

• Hold an Intermediate Coaching accreditation or higher with Gymnastics Australia/Gymnastics Queensland.
• Have Gymnastics Australia Supervisor Certificate.
• Experience in leadership and management of a Gymnastics/Gymsports Program (nice to have).
• Demonstrated ability to work with children, young adults and diverse groups; First Aid/CPR required.
