PCYC Queensland Caloundra is seeking a Gymnastics Program Leader to lead a dynamic team and shape the future of our gymnastics program. You will mentor coaches, design engaging programs, and drive participation while supporting community growth.

This role emphasizes safeguarding, volunteer engagement, and a commitment to inclusive coaching. The ideal candidate holds an Intermediate Coaching accreditation with Gymnastics Australia/Gym Queensland, a Supervisor Certificate, and current First

Qualifications

• Hold an Intermediate Coaching accreditation (or higher) and technical membership with Gymnastics Australia/Gymnastics Queensland.
• Hold a Gymnastics Australia Supervisor Certificate.
• Experience in the leadership and management of a Gymnastics/Gymsports Program.
• Demonstrated ability to work with children, young adults, and diverse groups.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
