Job summary

Belgravia Group is seeking an experienced Gymnastics Coach to develop programs and lead classes across beginner and advanced levels in a safe, inclusive setting. You will guide children with enthusiasm while maintaining strong communication with parents and guardians.

The role requires availability Mon-Sat, a Gymnastics accreditation (preferred), and relevant child-safety checks. Training is provided and weekend/evening shifts may be needed to fit centre hours.

Qualifications

• Gymnastics accreditation preferred but not essential.
• Experience or qualifications in Personal training or other sports coaching is also suitable.

Responsibilities

• Develop programs and instruct gymnastic classes for various levels in a safe, positive and fun environment.
• Provide parents/guardians with positive and practical feedback.
• Maintain duty of care and promote inclusion in all activities.

We are searching for an experienced coach who has a can-do attitude.

Able to work independently and as part of a team and have good availability Mon-Sat.

Experience with lesson planning an advantage.

The Role

As aGymnastic Coach,you will develop programs and instruct a variety of levels in gymnastic classes in a safe, positive and fun environment for participants. You will encourage children to engage in a positive fun environment that encourages inclusion whilst always maintaining a duty care for the children participating in the classes. You will also have excellent verbal communication skills as you will provide parents/guardians positive and practical feedback.

We are seeking interests from already experienced coaches who have a Gymnastics Beginner or Advanced Coaching accreditation/qualification. Whilst this is a Full-time position, you may be required to work weekend and evenings to cater for the hours of the centre.

We are looking for a new coach for our Little Stars (1-5 year old) programs. Experience in coaching children, early childhood education or a gymnastics background is advantageous.

Training is provided, experience preferred. Must be available Monday - Saturday.
