Job summary

Belgravia Kids (BK) in Bacchus Marsh is seeking a dynamic Programs Coordinator / Head Coach to lead our gymnastics programs, grow community connections, and drive business success.

You will manage daily operations, recruit and roster staff, and uphold safety standards while building strong ties with local clubs.

Ideal candidate holds applicable coaching accreditation, WWC, police check, first aid and CPR, and brings strong leadership and customer service.

Qualifications

• Intermediate or higher Gymnastics Coaching Accreditation.
• Working with Children Check (or equivalent).
• National Police Check.
• First Aid.
• CPR.

About You

Possessing strong communication skills, youare able tobuild rapport and positive relationships with people. Ideally you will have experience in managing ateam, working on and in the business, and a willingness to be the face of the facility.

With a flair and ability to positive influence and negotiate win-win outcomes, you lead by example. You are tech savvy and have a sound knowledge of health and safety legislation. You possess values such as integrity, excellence, courage, openness, respect leadership and accountability.

The Company

Belgravia Kids (BK) facilities and programs will be tailored to the needs of the communities in which they are located and will include gymnastics facilities for ‘Learn to Move’ programs and swim centres for ‘Learn to Swim’ programs. They will focus particularly on programs for children aged between 1 and 12 years old, but can be expanded to encompass a wide range of other activities, depending on the specific community needs.
