Job summary

Belgravia Health & Leisure Group Pty Ltd in NSW Gosford Wyoming is seeking an experienced Gymnastic Coach to develop programs and lead classes for multiple levels in a safe, positive environment for children.

You will communicate with parents, support early childhood participants, and may work evenings and weekends. Training is provided; accreditation in Gymnastics is preferred though not essential; must have First Aid, CPR, and Working with Children checks.

Qualifications

• Experience with Gymnastics coaching and program development.
• Gymnastics Beginner or Advanced coaching accreditation is preferred.
• Must have First Aid and CPR in date.

Responsibilities

• Develop programs and instruct gymnastic classes for multiple levels.
• Maintain a safe, positive and inclusive environment for participants.
• Provide parents/guardians with positive and practical feedback.
• Work Monday to Saturday with possible weekend/evening shifts.
• Support Little Stars program for 1–5 year olds.

We are searching for an experienced coach who has a can-do attitude.

Able to work independently and as part of a team and have good availability Mon-Sat.

Experience with lesson planning an advantage.

The Role

As a Gymnastic Coach, you will develop programs and instruct a variety of levels in gymnastic classes in a safe, positive and fun environment for participants. You will encourage children to engage in a positive fun environment that encourages inclusion whilst always maintaining a duty care for the children participating in the classes. You will also have excellent verbal communication skills as you will provide parents/guardians positive and practical feedback.

We are seeking interests from already experienced coaches who have a Gymnastics Beginner or Advanced Coaching accreditation/qualification. Whilst this is a Full-time position, you may be required to work weekend and evenings to cater for the hours of the centre.

We are looking for a new coach for our Little Stars (1-5 year old) programs. Experience in coaching children, early childhood education or a gymnastics background is advantageous.

Training is provided, experience preferred. Must be available Monday - Saturday.

**Gymnastics Accreditation is preferred but not essential. Experience &/or qualifications in Personal training or other sports coaching is also suitable for the position.
