Job summary

PCYC NSW in Southern Highlands is seeking a casual Gymnastics Coach to provide positive experiences to young people. The role involves delivering safe and inclusive classes, planning engaging lessons, and supporting front-of-house duties.

You will coach across a wide range of programs from Kindy Gym to Parkour, while modelling core values and maintaining a welcoming club environment. You should be flexible to work afternoons, evenings, school holidays, and weekends, with Working with Children

Qualifications

• Delivering exciting, safe and inclusive gymnastics classes.
• Designing and planning engaging lesson content for different ages and abilities.
• Strong communication, reliability and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exciting, safe and inclusive gymnastics classes.

• Supporting customer service and admin tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Creating an environment that encourages resilience, teamwork and confidence.
• Coaching across programs from Kindergym to Trampoline, TeamGym to Artistic Gymnastics.
