About Better Health Company
At Better Health Company, we’re all about making better health easier for everyone. We cut through the noise with trusted, evidence-based programs and services that help people make lasting, healthy changes. With over 15 years of experience in health promotion, we design and deliver practical, real-world solutions through government-funded programs, professional training, and accessible resources for individuals and families.

At our core, we’re a team of passionate go-getters who believe in what we do and we’re always looking for new ways to make an even bigger impact.

The role can be full time or part time, depending on what suits you best, and we’re happy to discuss your preferred hours and work arrangements. Ideally you will be able to work a few evenings per week as our programs offer later coaching appointment times.

This is not your average employment consultant role. At Youth Projects, our Youth Coaches work alongside young people to identify and address the personal, social and practical barriers that can make it harder to engage in employment or education.
By recognising each young person’s strengths, goals and individual circumstances, they help open doors to meaningful opportunities and support young people to build a future on their own terms.
As a Youth Coach, you won’t just help young people aged 15–25 find work. You’ll empower them to develop real-world skills, confidence and independence. Using a strengths-based case management approach and working alongside our Recruitment Partner and Community Engagement team, you’ll be a mentor, advocate and connector between young people and local employment, education and participation opportunities through the Transition to Work program.
