ONE55 Health & Fitness is seeking a Membership Sales Consultant to drive member growth through lead generation, tours and sales. This part-time role requires a flexible seven-day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays. You will also support reception and café operations to ensure an exceptional member experience.

The ideal candidate thrives on customer service, builds strong relationships and achieves sales targets while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Experience in membership sales or consultative selling.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert membership enquiries into new memberships.
• Conduct engaging club tours and assist with front-of-house duties.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing members.
• Follow up leads and referrals promptly.
• Promote memberships, services and programs.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Support with bookings, administration and account management.
• Maintain high presentation standards across member-facing areas.
• Contribute to local marketing and community events.
