Snap Fitness St Clair is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to lead from the front, inspire the team and create a welcoming culture for every member. You’ll drive sales, manage staff and contractors, and build a thriving club in St Clair.

With strong social media and front‑of‑camera presence, you’ll engage with the local community, deliver great member experiences, and help grow the membership base while maintaining club standards and motivation.

Qualifications

• Passion for the fitness industry and helping people reach goals
• Desire to grow and develop within the business
• Outstanding people skills – outgoing and confident
• Comfortable and confident on camera
• Happy to approach new people and start conversations
• Punctual and reliable
• Available to work until 7pm and on Saturdays
• Strong social media skills to drive exposure and engagement
• Leadership experience and ability to work with limited supervision

Responsibilities

• Welcome potential and existing members with warmth and enthusiasm
• Lead and motivate a team of employees and contract personal trainers
• Drive sales and achieve KPIs to ensure club success
• Generate new leads through community outreach and social media
• Build a vibrant, high-energy club culture focused on member appreciation
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Promote the Snap Fitness brand within the local community
