Job summary

GYG is seeking a Sales and Food Preparation crew member in Mount Barker, Australia. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will deliver pleasant and prompt service and prepare menu items according to GYG procedures, while maintaining knowledge of all menu items.

You'll work in a fast-paced team, require RSA certificate, good English, and strong communication, with a proactive, friendly attitude; previous service or food prep experience is welcome but not essential.

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn POS and EFTPOS operation.

The Role

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, Sales and Line crew members are responsible for the ongoing delivery of pleasant and prompt service to customers, and the preparation of menu items according to the procedures and processes outlined by GYG. Sales and Line crew members are to maintain a complete knowledge of GYG menu items, ingredient and procedures at all times in order to proactively and promptly deliver high quality Mexican products.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Should Have/be
