Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in customer service.
• RSA and RCG certificates.
• Accurate and efficient cash handling.
• Able to work in a team or independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Providing high levels of customer service to members and guests.
• Ensuring effective replenishment of food and beverage products.
• Cash handling duties.
• Maintaining floor cleanliness including table clearing, glass and plate collection.

Your Main Duties and Responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:

• Providing high levels of customer service to our members and guests;
• Ensuring effective replenishment of food and beverage products;
• Cash handling duties;
• Maintaining floor cleanliness including table clearing, glass and plate collection and;
• General cleaning duties as required.
  
  

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following attributes:

• Minimum 1-year experience in the same or similar role;
• A proven track record for providing exceptional customer service;
• RSA and RCG Certificates;
• A history of accurate and efficient cash handling is essential;
• A strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously;
• Fantastic written and verbal communication skills and;
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve.
