Job summary

Panthers Group in Bathurst is seeking an energetic customer service professional to join the beverage and catering teams. You will deliver friendly service to members and guests in a fast-paced environment, handle cash, and help maintain a clean, welcoming venue.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a similar role, RSA/RCG certificates, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently across shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• RSA and RCG certificates held.
• Accurate and efficient cash handling experience.
• Ability to work in a team or autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional team player with a welcoming smile to deliver excellent customer service to our members and guests across our beverage and catering teams. You will thrive in a fast-paced team environment and will have the ability to work efficiently and pro-actively as you learn to perform the various tasks associated within the departments. Your Main Duties and Responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:

• Providing high levels of customer service to our members and guests;
• Ensuring effective replenishment of food and beverage products;
• Cash handling duties;
• Maintaining floor cleanliness including table clearing, glass and plate collection and;
• General cleaning duties as required.

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following attributes:

• Minimum 1-year experience in the same or similar role;
• A proven track record for providing exceptional customer service;
• RSA and RCG Certificates;
• A history of accurate and efficient cash handling is essential;
• A strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously;
• Fantastic written and verbal communication skills and;
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve.
