Job summary

Crystalbrook Byron is seeking a Full-Time Guest Experience Agent to connect with guests in a premium 5-star setting. You'll welcome guests, anticipate needs, and elevate their experience with warmth and professionalism.

The role requires strong computer skills (Opera PMS/Cloud a plus), a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work a 7-day roster including evenings and nights. Byron Bay familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or hotel guest service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and guest-focused mindset.

Skills and experience:

We are seeking a Full-Time Guest Experience Agent. We welcome candidates with previous guest service experience (hotel experience is an advantage), have a passion for interacting with people and an empathic ability to anticipate our guests' needs.

Your talents will include:

• Proficient computer skills (Opera PMS/Cloud an advantage)
• You will have a strong attention to detail
• You are familiar with Byron Bay and the wider region
• An availability to work across a 7-day roster - evenings and night included
• You will be motivated to provide the best guest experience possible
