Job summary

Accor Apartments & Realty is seeking a Public Area Cleaner to maintain spotless shared spaces and assist guests with questions. You will work independently or with the housekeeping team, focusing on presentation and safety across indoor and outdoor areas, including pool, gym and bathrooms.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability and the ability to communicate warmly with guests and staff. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar cleaning role is a plus
• Strong verbal communication with guests and team members
• Eye for detail and pride in completing tasks efficiently
• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including stairs and uncovered areas
• Collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
• Availability for weekends and public holidays as required

Responsibilities

• Ensure the property looks its best inside and out
• Clean public areas (pool, gym, shared bathrooms) to high standards
• Support room attendants with cleaning and linen removal as needed
• Handle specialised cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
• Assist guests with inquiries and security matters, coordinating with other departments
• Alert maintenance and guest services to issues like damaged equipment or missing items
