Pullman Adelaide is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to work across multiple hotel outlets, including In-room dining, Conference & Events, Minibar and Restaurant Service. You will greet guests, take orders, deliver service, and promote specials while maintaining impeccable presentation and mise en place.

Ideal candidates bring RSA in South Australia, strong customer service, and a passion for wine, local spirits, and excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• RSA in South Australia is required.
• Experience in a quality establishment is preferred but not essential.
• Proven customer service skills and the ability to immerse with the menu and dietary information.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders across multiple outlets.
• Deliver service to the standards of the establishment.
• Make recommendations and promote specials.
• Manage a section during service and keep it stocked.
• Maintain high cleaning and presentation standards in mise en place.
