AVANI Adelaide Residences is seeking a friendly, flexible Guest Experience Attendant for a casual role across Front Office and Food & Beverage. You will warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and contribute to a memorable hotel experience.

The role requires hospitality experience, RSA certification, and excellent communication. You’ll work a 7-day rotating roster in a dynamic guest-facing environment, helping with meals, service, and guest requests to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality with front office and F&B familiarity.
• Strong communication and guest service mindset required.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out with warmth.
• Assist in café/bar/room service as needed.
