Job summary

Stocked is seeking Food and Beverage Attendants for its Malvern and Toorak stores. This casual/part-time role focuses on delivering excellent guest experiences and supporting smooth service in a busy hospitality setting.

Ideal candidates have prior F&B or customer-facing experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to obtain basic food safety certification. Availability for evenings and weekends is preferred to match peak periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food and beverage service, hospitality or a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse guests.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining composure.
• Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to work part-time hours including evenings and weekends.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, or willingness to obtain certification.
• Positive attitude, team player mentality and genuine passion for hospitality.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and carry items safely.

• Greeting guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Taking orders accurately and efficiently.
• Processing payments and handling transactions accurately.
• Responding to guest requests and resolving any concerns with professionalism and grace.
