Lancemore Alamanda Palm Cove invites an outgoing Receptionist/Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office, Sales and Banqueting teams at Alamanda Palm Cove, part of Lancemore Hotel Group. Deliver exceptional guest experiences from reservations to departures and throughout the stay.

As a friendly ambassador for our boutique brand, you will handle check-ins/outs using our PMS, answer inquiries, upsell rooms, coordinate with departments, and support admin tasks with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or front desk is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Good computer literacy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with reservations, arrivals and departures.
• Upsell rooms and promote available packages.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales and Banqueting teams.
• Handle guest inquiries and process calls efficiently.
• Support check-in/check-out using the hotel PMS.
• Follow up on guest requests and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
