The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work independently when needed, with emphasis on customer service and maintaining cleanliness throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Related restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Comfortable with cash/credit transactions and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service.
• Upsell guests beyond orders.
• Process transactions and collect payment.
• Assist with restocking items and cleanliness.
• Seat guests and coordinate with kitchen staff.
• Complete assigned cleaning and side work.
