Job summary

Sealevel Restaurant in Cronulla is seeking Front of House Staff for casual shifts, including wait staff and bartenders. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure a smooth dining experience with a strong focus on service quality and guest satisfaction.

The role requires excellent communication, the ability to manage multiple tables, and a friendly, reliable attitude. RSA knowledge is highly desirable, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality or waiting role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently.
• Strong memory for guest preferences and requests.
• RSA certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and seat them at appropriate tables.
• Present menus and recommend food and beverage options.
• Take orders and relay them promptly to kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and drinks with professionalism and care.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Clear and reset tables promptly for the next guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain flow.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and allergens.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene and food safety.
