Job summary

OTR Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding guests experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help maintain a clean, well-stocked store and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Applicants should be comfortable working solo or in a team, be able to multitask, and have flexibility to work late nights, early mornings and weekends as needed. Australian working rights and police clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort with multitasking and handling multiple responsibilities.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate lifting.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experiences and assist Guests with queries.
• Keep the store clean, stocked and welcoming at all times.
• Assist with product promotions and updating shelves as needed.
