Belgravia Leisure seeks a driven Guest Experience Officer at Mill Park Leisure Centre to drive membership sales and deliver outstanding guest service. You will handle enquiries, conduct tours, process memberships and promote centre services while maintaining cash handling accuracy across POS transactions.
The role requires a sales mindset, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends as shifts arise during peak periods.

As a Guest Experience Officer you will be a suitably experienced sales person who will be responsible for the acquisition of new memberships for Health and Fitness and Learn to Swim.
With a strong sales and customer service background, you will have experience in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service and you will continue to drive the overall experience of our guests.
Our Guest Experience Officers are also fully trained to work at the Kiosk.
