Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a Guest Experience Host & Face to Face Lead Generator at The Sebel Pinnacle Valley Resort, Accor Vacation Club, to welcome owners and guests and drive local area engagement. The role includes registering guests, sharing local attractions, and coordinating check-ins with the resort team.

You will generate sales appointments, articulate the benefits of Wyndham Destinations, and strive to meet KPIs in a dynamic hospitality environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a similar hotel position
• Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive individual
• Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
• High levels of computer literacy
• Previous experience with a PMS system (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera etc) advantageous
• Have the ability to recognise and solve problems in the workplace
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and registering of owners and guests

• Completion of all department-related paperwork
• Using all communication equipment including telephones, facsimiles and computers
• Generating sales appointments for our sales centers located at our amazing resorts and via livestream
• Establishing commonality and building rapport with your customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered
• Working closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check-in process
• Clearly articulating the benefits of traveling within the Wyndham Destinations community
• Meeting targets and KPI's as set by the business
