Job summary

QT Canberra is hiring a Food & Beverage Attendant for Capitol Bar & Grill. You will greet and serve guests, ensuring a polished and welcoming space while delivering a memorable guest experience. This hands-on role requires energy, attention to detail and a passion for hospitality.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience as F&B staff, knowledge of wine and cocktails, and a friendly, proactive demeanor. Training is provided to support growth within our EVT hospitality network.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a F&B attendant or waitstaff, ideally in hotels or restaurants.
• Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training provided).
• Warm, friendly and approachable demeanor with guest experience at the forefront.
• Must be able to carry multiple plates and clear tables.
• Able to anticipate guests' needs and be adaptable.
