Job summary

Belgravia Leisure, a leading national leisure operator, is seeking a Guest Experience and Events Manager to lead from the front and deliver outstanding service across aquatic and leisure venues. You will oversee large, multi-day events, manage the kiosk and child-minding facilities, and recruit and train a high‑performing team to ensure safe, memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in leisure, aquatic, or event-driven environments.
• Proven ability to recruit, train and develop staff.
• Strong customer service focus with ability to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Guest Experience team, including recruitment and ongoing capability building.
• Oversee delivery of large, multi-day events ensuring seamless guest outcomes.
• Manage daily operations across kiosk and child-minding facilities with safety and efficiency.
